Land Based Tourism Terms and Conditions
Travel Falklands is committed to providing clear, fair and transparent terms to ensure every visitor enjoys a safe, well‑organised and memorable experience in the Falkland Islands. The following conditions apply to all land‑based tourism bookings and are designed to protect both our clients and our team while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Deposit Invoices
A deposit invoice for 50% of the total tour cost will be issued as agreed with the client. This deposit is due for payment upon receipt to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before leaving the Falkland Islands. Timely payment ensures that accommodation, transport, guides and activities can be confirmed and arranged without disruption.
RAF Airbridge or LATAM Airlines Delays
Travel Falklands cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for delays or cancellations caused by the RAF Airbridge or LATAM Airlines. These disruptions may result in additional expenses for the client, including accommodation, meals, transport, excursions or other unforeseen costs. All such extra charges are the responsibility of the client.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive holiday insurance that covers flight delays, cancellations, missed connections and extended stays. The Falklands’ remote location means weather‑related disruptions are not uncommon, and insurance provides essential protection and peace of mind.
